Dear Guests, Welcome to The Cove — we’re excited to host you. If you’re arriving within the next few days, this guide will help you settle in quickly and enjoy a smooth, stress-free stay. If you need anything at all, we are available either at our front desk or remotely online.

Aruba ED Card (Required Before Arrival)
All travelers to Aruba (including minors and infants) must complete the online ED Card before arrival. 
https://edcardaruba.aw/welcome This is Aruba’s official Embarkation & Disembarkation system — your first “bonbini” (welcome) to the island. Important for your submission: The Cove is not yet listed under hotels. 
Please select “AIRBNB” under Trip Information Enter the address as follows: J.E. Irausquin Blvd 384-A, Noord, Aruba
Parking Instructions
On request, we provide a complimentary parking access card (white plastic card in credit card format) that allows free entry and exit of the parking garage. If a parking access card is requested and confirmed, it will be placed either in the lockbox or on the kitchen counter for your arrival.
- Enter the parking garage via the Radisson Blu side
- Take a ticket upon entry (you can discard this once you have the parking access card)
- Use the parking access card ONLY at the Holiday Inn side for both entry and exit
- Hold the card in front of the black reader until it beeps and the gate opens
The parking access card provides free entry and exit. While parking is usually available and some spaces are reserved for guests, we cannot guarantee a parking spot, as this is a public commercial parking facility.
Important: Lost or unreturned parking cards incur a $100 USD replacement fee
Access Bracelets
Your bracelet is required for:
- Elevator access
- Hallway entry
Hold the bracelet in front of the black reader until it beeps to activate
Important: Lost or unreturned bracelets incur a $50 USD replacement fee
Safe Instructions
Location: Inside the kitchen
Set Your Code
For best results, follow these steps carefully:
- Open the safe door and keep it open
- Press the small reset button inside the door until you hear a beep
- Enter a 3–8 digit code and press #
- When set successfully, you will hear 2 short beeps
- Close the door and turn the knob left to lock
Tip: Choose a code that’s easy to remember
Open the Safe
- Enter your code + #
- Green light turns on
- Turn knob right to open
You have 5 seconds to open before it re-locks

Water Pressure
Water pressure may be lower during peak hours:
- 7:00–9:00 AM
- 5:00–7:00 PM
Hot Water
Some shower knobs may not be perfectly aligned. If the water is not heating properly, please adjust the knob slowly (left and right) until the water becomes warm or hot.
Tip: The kitchen and shower share the same hot water system. If you have hot water in the kitchen, you should also have hot water in the shower. Bathroom Safety
Floors can become slippery, so please always use the provided bath mats for your safety.
No Smoking
- Not permitted inside the unit
- Allowed on the balcony, only if it does not disturb others
Humidity Control
To maintain comfort and prevent moisture buildup:
- Keep balcony doors closed
- Keep bathroom windows closed
Starter Supplies
To get you started, we provide:
- Toilet paper
- Kitchen towels
- Dishwasher tablets
- Laundry detergent
Note: We are a Condo Hotel (Airbnb-style) — additional supplies are not included but can be easily purchased at nearby mini markets
Trash Disposal
- Located at the back-left of the parking lot (enclosed area)
- Use container labeled “Cove Condo”
- Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink
Cleaning Service
- Daily housekeeping is not included
- Available upon request (additional fee)
Towels & Laundry
- Towels are not refreshed during your stay
- Washer & dryer available in your condo
- Please separate colors when washing
Air Conditioning
- Keep ALL units on Cool mode only
- We recommend not setting the temperature above 22°C, to prevent condensation and potential leaking.
Beach Gear
Each condo includes:
- Beach Towels
- “Tommy Bahama” beach chairs
- a Cooler
Drinking Water
Tap water in Aruba is safe to drink, clean, and high quality
Balcony Note
Due to seasonal Sahara dust, the balcony may occasionally collect dust from the wind. It is always cleaned and refreshed prior to your arrival.
Ice Maker
If the ice maker is unavailable, ice trays are pre-filled for your convenience
